Domestic Shipping

In most cases, orders are received and processed immediately through our automated system. We ship all orders via the most efficient method at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday).

Next-day delivery arrives the business day after shipment, while 2nd Day Air takes two business days after shipment. Weekends and holidays do not count as shipping/business days. Business days are Monday through Friday only. If delivery falls on a holiday, packages will arrive the following business day.

Generally, all orders placed after 1:00 PM EST are shipped the following business day. To ensure same-day shipment for Next Day Air orders, please place your order before 1:00 PM EST.

Any address that is changed by the customer or shipper after the order has been shipped will be charged an address correction fee ranging from $5.00-$10.00. If your order has not yet shipped, you can modify the delivery address through your account.

USA Orders: A $20 reshipment fee applies for orders returned due to incorrect addresses. Overnight reshipment costs $40.

International Orders: International reshipment incurs a $40 fee.

Military orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery taking one to eight weeks. The US Postal Service does not provide tracking on military orders. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours to the military postal unit.
