International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
During the checkout process, you will find a shipping section where entering your address will display the list of countries we currently ship to. If your destination is not available in the dropdown menu, we are unfortunately unable to deliver there at this time.
What carriers do you use to ship internationally?
International orders are usually shipped via FedEx International or USPS Priority International. Shipping costs are displayed in the cart before payment, and you will receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping Restrictions
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs, and customs laws in their respective country. Customs may hold packages for up to 4 weeks. Please note the following:
- Customers must verify the legality of imports with their customs office; a 25% restocking fee applies to items deemed illegal to import.
- If customs seizes packages, refunds require return of products in original condition.
- Refused deliveries incur original shipping charges, 25% restocking fees, and unpaid duties/taxes.
- Customers bear responsibility for applicable duties and taxes.
- Canadian customers may import a single treatment course or 90-day supply per Health Canada guidelines.
